    Individual therapy is an empowering journey of self-awareness and transformational change. I engage my clients in a collaborative process that will allow you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors guiding your life.

    I use an integrative approach to my work with you. This includes the use of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) based interventions and psychodynamic theory. CBT helps you foster an active role within your counseling journey. Psychodynamic theory helps you better understand your thoughts and emotions by acknowledging the role your past plays in your current life

  • Couples Therapy

    Whether you wish to strengthen your relationship or repair it, couples counselling can help you work through the challenges you are facing.

    I help couples turn conflict into an opportunity to deepen their relationship. I teach partners to hold emotional space for one another and work towards secure attachment and healing.

  • Family Therapy

    I assist families in resolving their problems within the context of their specific family unit. By utilizing Family Systems Therapy, I help individual family members to better understand how their actions affect each other as well as the family as a whole.

    All family members will have the opportunity to express their thoughts and feelings. In addition, family members will explore their individual roles within the family. The creation of clear boundaries will also be discussed and established. Ultimately, your family will learn how to work cohesively to resolve their issues.

    With my guidance we will introduce your family to the various ways there are to support and help each other. Let me help you restore your family relationships and rebuild a healthier family.
